这两年明显感觉到久坐对身体的影响越来越大,以前下班就只想躺着刷手机,现在开始逼自己建立一点运动习惯。刚开始只是每天快走20分钟,后来慢慢加到跑步和简单的力量训练。说实话前两个星期最难,坚持过那段时间后反而会觉得不动更难受。睡眠也好了不少,早上起床不那么疲惫。想问问大家都是怎么把运动真正变成长期习惯的?

完全能理解。最初几周对我来说也很难熬。对我有帮助的是设定一个很小、不可妥协的每日目标(比如10–15分钟)。一旦它变成了“我本来就会做的事”,再增加运动量就感觉很自然了。
