我以前以为锻炼必须很高强度才算数。最近我晚饭后会散步20分钟,睡前做个简单拉伸。精力更好了,睡得更沉,而且也更容易坚持。还有人也改成更简单的日常锻炼吗?

I used to think workouts had to be intense to matter. Lately I’ve been doing 20-minute walks after dinner and a short stretch before bed. Energy is better, sleep is deeper, and it’s way easier to stay consistent. Anyone else switch to simpler routines?
